Top 5 most intriguing games on the Pittsburgh Steelers' 2023 schedule
The Pittsburgh Steelers revealed their 2023 schedule earlier this month, and now that we've had some time to go over it, here are the four toughest games on the calendar.
#5. Week 17 @ Seattle Seahawks
Late in the season, a long road trip, and a week before a road game versus the Baltimore Ravens is a frightening combination. If the Steelers are still in the race for the playoffs at this stage in the season, this game sets them up to look ahead and make a mistake.
#4. Week 15 @ Indianapolis Colts
Fortunately, the Colts aren't a terrific team, but a road trip to Indianapolis after a Thursday night game is the essence of a trap game. Especially against a club like the Colts, who can run the football.
#3. Week 12 @ Cincinnati Bengals
The Bengals are undoubtedly the best team in the AFC, and facing them on the road will be a tall order for a young Steelers squad. At this stage in the season, not just Pittsburgh, but also Cincinnati, will have a lot to play for.
#2. Week 7 @ Los Angeles Rams
Fortunately, this game follows the Steelers' bye week, during which they are usually strong, but a cross-country road trip is never a good thing. This is particularly true for a group.

It's fantastic that the Steelers get to start the season at home, but the San Francisco 49ers will be a challenge with so many new faces on both sides of the ball. This is especially true for a partially new offensive line facing a hulking 49ers front.
