Williams testified Wednesday he first took StarCaps when he was with the Buffalo Bills, where a trainer told him it was a legal supplement.

Minnesota Vikings defensive tackle Kevin Williams is acknowledging that he told several people he had tested positive for a banned diuretic before news of the test results leaked to the media in 2008.
