Colt McCoy has positive pro day

It looks like former Texas quarterback Colt McCoy won’t hear his name called during the draft until day two, but he is one of the greatest winners in college football and nearly led his Longhorns to a national title in January — until his throwing got hit and went numb in the first quarter. Wednesday was the first time McCoy threw in front of NFL scouts since that injury, so there was plenty of attention paid to his pro day. He reportedly passed the eye test. Not one of McCoy’s 58 passes fell incomplete, and according to NFL.com’s Mike Mayock, McCoy showed excellent touch and accuracy on his deep and intermediate throws.
